School organizes one-day workshop in corroboration with CREST
The school organized a one-day workshop for students from Class 9th -11th in corroboration with Crest Organization on 7th Aug’18. The aim of the workshop was to prepare students to crack competitive exams. CREST is an academic organization formed by a group of IITians, Chartered Accountants, and subject experts who visit various schools to train students in qualifying competitive exams. Students are made to practice on customized question papers designed to provide quality exposure, and ensure maximum practice within lesser time.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Santosh Kumar Chauhan (M Tech from IIT Delhi) and Mr. Lenoard Rajan (CEO Crest) During the session Mr. Chauhan emphasized on the strategies required to crack competitive exams. He insisted students must focus on their Board examinations and strive to master basic concepts from 9th standard itself. He motivated students to overcome their exam fear and explained the significance of positive attitude and proper planning. One must always believe in “NO” not as denial but “Next Opportunity”
It was an interactive and fruitful session where students got an inkling of the challenges awaiting them, and the ways to counter them.
