The J&K UT Level Thang Ta Championship 2023, organized by the J&K Thang Ta Association, proved to be a fantastic platform for young athletes, and Delhi Public School, Srinagar, once again showcased its exceptional talent. The championship, held at the Multipurpose Indoor Sports Hall in Srinagar from October 28th to 30th, saw remarkable performances from our school’s Thang Ta team, bringing home a total of 16 medals – 3 gold, 6 silver, and 7 bronze.

Principal Shafaq Afshan applauded the students’ impressive achievements, stating, “Our students continue to amaze us with their dedication and outstanding performances. These 16 medals are not just a testament to their skills in Thang Ta but also a reflection of their unwavering determination. We are incredibly proud of their success.”
