Calligraphy activity held at LRC
A Calligraphy event was held across the Delhi Public School, Srinagar today and all the students from LRC took part in the event with great enthusiasm and fervor. The school organized the Calligraphy event to inculcate the habit of good handwriting among students. In the era of technology when the handwriting skills have been forgotten, the aim of this event was to encourage the students to write more and write neatly. The students exhibited their writing skills through different forms of calligraphic fonts.
It is an incredibly important exercise to encourage the students to develop fine motor skills and confidence. It activates the brain and contributes to reading fluency. It provides students with an opportunity to display their competency of legible writing. The response of the students was very encouraging. Majority of students had put in their best foot forward to enhance their writing skills.
