Gandhi Jayanti Celebration: A Tribute to the Father of the Nation
On Thursday, 3rd October 2024, the students of LRC of the Delhi Public School, organized a special assembly to commemorate Gandhi Jayanti. The program commenced with the National Anthem, followed by an insightful speech from our esteemed Principal, who highlighted Mahatma Gandhi’s core values of peace and non-violence.
A student then delivered a brief speech outlining Gandhiji’s life and significant contributions. This was followed by a skit performed by the students, showcasing key moments from Gandhi ji’s life.
Adding energy to the event, the Life Skills students presented a vibrant dance performance. The assembly concluded with a display of Gandhi ji’s inspirational quotes, leaving everyone deeply inspired by his timeless wisdom.
