The Backpack of Good Habits
The LRC Department of Delhi Public School conducted an engaging activity titled “The Backpack of Good Habits” to promote self-awareness and good habits among students. The session focused on personal cleanliness, organization, and understanding daily routines.
The activity was carried out through a live demonstration and play-based approach, where a “Magic Backpack” was used to introduce items like soap, towel, water bottle, and timetable. Each item helped explain important habits such as handwashing, drying hands, staying hydrated, and organizing belongings.
Students actively participated by naming objects, imitating actions, and responding to simple questions. The use of visual support, repetition, and positive reinforcement made the session effective and engaging.
The activity concluded with the message that small habits make a big difference, encouraging students to adopt healthy and organized daily routines.
