Celebrating Unsung Heroes: Honoring the Support Staff at DPS Srinagar on Labour Day
On May 1, 2024, school organised a special event to honour and recognize the invaluable contributions of our support staff, attendants, drivers, and team members who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our school running smoothly.
The event kicked off with a heartfelt ceremony where each support staff member was honoured for their hard work and dedication. They were presented with gifts as a token of appreciation for their relentless efforts towards the school’s success. Following the ceremony, the school organized a lunch for all the support staff members as a gesture of gratitude for their services.
Our Principal, Ms. Shafaq Afshan, expressed her admiration for the support staff, acknowledging their indispensable role in maintaining our school’s high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
The support staff members were thrilled to be honoured and appreciated, making the event a great success! The occasion also featured touching performances by our students, showcasing their gratitude and respect for the labour force. Mr Vijay Dhar, our Chairman, extended his heartfelt gratitude to all the support staff for their dedication and commitment towards our school.
