Plantation Day was observed
‘Just as we learn ABC let’s all learn to plant a tree.’ Plantation Day was observed by students of LKG to II with great enthusiasm on 26 March 2014. Students were brimming with excitement as they potted California Poppy, Gypsophilia, Pansies, Antranium, Calkaria and Lunaria with their own hands. When asked why are you planting saplings today, the students answered, ‘Because plants and trees give us oxygen. We can’t live without oxygen.’ These young guardians of nature are certainly on the right track.
