On May 3, 2024, the Delhi Public School hosted an Inter-Class Cross Country Run for students in grades 3 and 4. Zoeya from Maple House emerged victorious among Grade 4 girls, showcasing remarkable athletic prowess and determination. Aisha claimed the second position with a commendable display of running skills, followed by Safwa in third place, demonstrating perseverance and sportsmanship.

In the Grade 3 boys’ category, Luqman from 3C exhibited exceptional speed and agility to claim the first position, followed by Mohammad Haris Khan in second place, displaying impressive running abilities and competitiveness. Ayan Khan secured the third position with a determined effort throughout the race.

Among Grade 3 girls, Hoorain Basharat from 3C claimed the top spot, exhibiting outstanding running abilities and grit. Sharleez Reshi secured the second position with a strong and steady performance, followed by Sarah in third place, displaying resilience and a fighting spirit in the competition.

After the race, the children were felicitated by Ms. Shafaq at Nishat Bagh, which served as the finishing point. The race began from Shalimar Ghat and concluded at Nishat Bagh yard, providing a picturesque backdrop for the celebration of the participants’ achievements.
