DPS Sgr celebrates Labour Day
Srinagar, May 2: To commemorate the Labour Day and to appreciate and thank the selfless service of the uncles and aunties, who work with full dedication and ensure the hygiene and security of school, the students of Delhi Public School Srinagar celebrated Labour Day on Wednesday, a spokesman of the school said. He said the celebrations began with a speech by students, which highlighted the role of uncles and aunties in school life. The students were acquainted with the history behind Labour Day celebrations. The informative speech was followed by a melodious song. Then some students expressed their love and gratitude by presenting their tokens of love to uncles and aunties which they gladly received.
