Teacher training workshop held
Renowned educationist Prof. B.L. Handoo conducted a training workshop for the teachers of classes VII-X on 17th July, 2019.
The resource person explored various teaching methodologies with examples quoted from his daily life, and even his childhood, school and college memories. More thrust was laid on knowing the child and to empathize with the child. Various classroom management techniques were also discussed and handouts were also provided to the teachers.
The workshop broadly focused on the following issues:
- Lesson planning – Why and How (Blooms taxonomy)
- Class room Management and ways to overcome aggressive behavior of students.
