DPS Athletes Bring Laurels at Junior National Pencak Silat League

Delhi Public School Srinagar proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its students at the ASMITA Khelo India Pencak Silat League – Junior National, held at the Yug Purush Sports Complex, Anand, Gujarat, from 31 March to 1 April 2026. The championship brought together talented athletes from various states across the country under the prestigious Khelo India initiative.

Demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and determination, the students delivered an outstanding performance and brought great pride to the institution. Arsheeka of Class XII and Allishba of Class XII secured Gold Medals, while Adan Parviz of Class XI earned a Silver Medal.

Their achievement reflects months of dedicated training, perseverance, and a strong competitive spirit. Competing successfully at a national platform against participants from across the country highlights the growing strength and potential of the school’s young athletes.

Principal Ms Shafaq Afshan congratulated the students and remarked, “These achievements reflect the dedication, discipline, and determination of our students. We are proud to see them excel at the national level and represent the school with such confidence and excellence.”
