Saira Zahoor of DPS Srinagar wins Gold Medal at J&K UT Level Thang Ta Championship 2022
Saira Zahoor, a student of DPS Srinagar has won the Gold Medal in the Senior Category in the J&K UT Level Thang Ta Championship 2022. The championship was held at Multipurpose Indoor Sports Complex, Srinagar from 28th to 30th October. Besides, she also won the Champion of Championships by defeating Arjumand Majeed from Khelo India Center Tral. The gold medalists from all 10 weight categories that constitute the Senior Category compete for the title. The performance earned her a spot at the Senior National Championship which is going to be held in Kanyakumari in February next year.
