Junior Cricket Championship successfully reaches the district level

The mega sports event, Junior Cricket Champions U17, which is jointly organized by Delhi Public School, Srinagar and J&K State Sports Council entered the state level phase. The event which has been going on from the past one month witnessed a huge participation from schools all across the valley. The organizers proudly catered to a total of 320 teams which participated in the event comprising of 4800 players. The championship was organized at 3 different levels including block, district and state level. A total of 310 cricket matches have been played till now in all the 10 districts of Kashmir. The organizers are all set to take the event yet another step forward by conducting inter-district matches for the qualifying teams. The various teams from all the districts of the valley which are going to play at the inter-district level scheduled from 22nd April, 2017 are as follows:

  5. Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Soibugh (District Budgam)
  6. New Green Land School (District Bandipora)
  7. Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kupwara (District Kupwara)
  8. Madina Public School, Balihinar, Mirgund (District Baramulla)
  9. Sultania Public School, Ganderbal (District Ganderbal)
  10. 10.Dr. AGM’s City School, Nowgam (District Srinagar)
