Celebrating Independence Day: LRC’s Reflection on Unity and Sacrifice
The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at Delhi Public School commemorated Independence Day with activities that aligned with the spirit of the school’s assembly. The celebration began with the National Anthem, followed by the School Prayer, creating an atmosphere of patriotism and unity.
The event featured a Student Speech that paid tribute to the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters, reminding the audience of the importance of valuing and safeguarding our independence.
Continuing the theme, the LRC organized a Skit on Unity in Diversity, where students showcased the beauty of India’s multicultural heritage. The skit emphasized the strength and harmony that arise from our nation’s diverse cultures and religions.
The celebration concluded with a Dynamic Dance Performance, which added a lively and festive element to the day’s events, leaving everyone in high spirits.
