Every Light Matters: A Shadow Theatre Presentation by LRC
On 17th April 2026, the LRC Department of Delhi Public School Srinagar presented an engaging shadow theatre show titled “The Little Star Who Finally Shined.”
The performance beautifully portrayed the journey of a shy little star who overcomes fear and learns to shine with confidence. Through creative shadow visuals, effective voice modulation, and expressive narration, the story conveyed a strong message about courage, self-belief, and the importance of recognizing one’s inner light. The use of light and silhouettes added a magical touch, capturing the attention of the students throughout the session.
By the end of the session, the teachers also posed questions related to the story, and the students responded accurately and enthusiastically, reflecting their understanding and active participation.
The performance concluded with the meaningful message — “Every light matters” — leaving the students inspired and motivated.
