The Freshers’ Party, titled “SOUNTH,” was organised on 28 March 2026 to welcome the new batch of Class XI students into the senior wing of the school. The event was thoughtfully planned and hosted by the students of Class XII, reflecting warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of camaraderie.

The programme was held in the indoor stadium, which was adorned with floral decorations symbolising the freshness of spring. The theme “SOUNTH”—a Kashmiri expression for spring—captured the spirit of new beginnings and youthful energy. The vibrant attire of the students added colour and liveliness to the occasion.

The event began with a welcome address by the Principal, followed by remarks from the Head Girl and Head Boy. The programme featured a range of performances, including mimicry, skits, and dance presentations. Each performance was received with enthusiasm and contributed to the festive atmosphere.

A series of engaging activities, such as a Treasure Hunt, Dumb Charades, and Guess Who, encouraged active participation. The crowning of Mr. and Ms. Fresher added a special highlight to the celebration. Musical performances further enhanced the experience and were well appreciated by the audience.

The event concluded on a high note, leaving behind fond memories for all participants. It marked a meaningful beginning for the new batch and reflected the spirit of togetherness and celebration within the school.
