DPS Srinagar Students Excel in Half Kashmir Marathon 2025
Students from Delhi Public School, Srinagar, brought laurels to the institution through their remarkable performance in the 2nd Edition of the Half Kashmir Marathon 2025. The international-level event was organised by the Department of Tourism, JK Sports Council, and Fit India.
The marathon, known for its challenging 21 km route, commenced at the Indoor Hall, Polo Grounds Multiplex, covering key city landmarks including Lal Chowk, Rajbagh, TRC, Dalgate, and Gupkar Road before concluding at Makai Park.
Showcasing exceptional endurance and spirit, Mohammad Rafan Bhat of Class 12 completed the marathon in 02:06:57, earning appreciation for his outstanding effort and determination.
The school management congratulated the participant for exemplifying perseverance, fitness, and true sportsmanship, bringing pride to the DPS Srinagar community.
