Embracing New Horizons: Celebrating the Graduation Day of Class IV
The Graduation Day is a poignant occasion that signifies the culmination of students’ hard work and dedication, marking a pivotal step towards a brighter future. It is also a time to acknowledge the invaluable role of educators in nurturing and guiding students along their educational journey. On March 28, 2024, Delhi Public School, Srinagar, celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of Class IV with immense enthusiasm and optimism.
The ceremony commenced with a soul-stirring rendition of the school prayer, “Lab Pe Aati Hai Dua,” by Grade 3 pupils, setting a heartfelt tone for the event. This was followed by captivating ensemble performances and a mesmerizing dance presentation by Grade 3 students, titled “Badal Pe Paon Hain,” showcasing their affection for the pre-primary students transitioning to the primary wing.
The highlight of the ceremony was the Graduation Ceremony itself, where pre-primary students donned graduation robes and caps, gracefully walking across the stage. Principal Ms. Shafaq Afshan, along with the Academic In Charges, presented Certificates of Graduation to the students, offering sincere congratulations and recognition of their achievements. The Principal commended the students for their accomplishments and praised the teachers for their dedication in providing holistic education and nurturing extracurricular talents.
The students exhibited a profound understanding of the graduation concept and displayed eagerness to embrace the responsibilities that come with it. They joyfully posed for group photographs with their Homeroom mentors, creating enduring memories.
