First Alumni Meet – 2015
It was a pleasure to have the first alumni meet at our school on Saturday 28th, November 2015. Over 60 Alumni from DPS Srinagar came together at their Alma Mater for the first time to attend the alumni meet. It was a pleasure to know about their accomplishments in professional lives. Mr. & Mrs. Vijay Dhar, Principal Kusam Warikoo, In-charges of various departments and staff members were present on the occasion. Ms. Saira Raza gave the welcome speech and school head girl Zainab Nisar hosted the programme. Lot of Alumni’s spoke about their school lives. A special photo slide was made for this occasion for a trip down memory lane. Lunch was also served. A feedback was also collected from Alumni regarding the organisational aspects of the meet and their suggestions for improvement. Everyone departed with a resolve to visit again and spread the message amongst all who could not visit this time.
