Four teams clash on 4th day of Night Football tournament ‘Chinar Cup’
On day four of the ongoing first of its kind night football tournament ‘Chinar Cup’ J&K being held at DPS Srinagar, Army Goodwill Public school Pehalgam played against AGS Bandipora-Sopore. After the honours had been shared with one goal each, AGS Pehalgam sneaked ahead courtesy a brilliant goal by Muzaffar. Sahil Bashir of AGS Bandipore-Sopore was declared the Man of the match.
In the second match of the night Burhan Hall School, Srinagar and Tyndale Biscoe School, Srinagar. It was a high stakes game, because both teams were evenly matched with a strong team. Tyndale Biscoe consolidated its position in the first half scoring two goals. Burn Hall tried to mount a counter attack in the second attack but could only manage one goal. Araib Choudhary of Tyndale Biscoe was declared the Man of the Match.
