Friday Activity (Earth day special crown making)
Every year, Earth Day is celebrated on 22nd April to remind the humans of their duties towards ‘Mother Nature’. As a part of environmental education, “Go Green” initiative was taken to engage our children in making a difference.
The students of class 1st and 2nd celebrated Earth Day with a medley of education and fun activity on 23rd April, 2021. They were informed ahead about the importance of Earth Day and then they made “I love Mother Earth Crown ” using chart papers and colours. They also spoke about how we can save Mother Earth by planting more and more trees, by using paper bags instead of plastic bags, etc. Children enjoyed the activity very much.
