Registration for Admission to Class LKG – 2025

Limited Online Registration Forms for Admission to Class LKG (Session 2025-26) will be available on Sunday, 8th December, 2024 at 11:00 am on first come first served basis.

Please note

  • Parents are advised to stay in touch with the school website for further information.
  • Recommendations from people of any sort will result in the direct cancellation of the child’s Registration Form. The school shall not take any responsibility for any financial interaction between parent and intermediary in the name of granting admission in any class.
  • The school does not have any kind of donation policy.
  • The school reserves the right to physically verify the particulars of the selected child as and when required.
  • Seats are available for EWS/DG on verification. Prior form submission is must.

Documents required at the time of registration

  • Passport size photograph of the child, father & mother.
  • Date of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority. The birth certificate has to be complete in all respects. No under process DOB certificate will be entertained.
  • Aadhar Card (Front / Back) of both the parents & the child (optional) or any other govt. approved identity proof.
  • Proof of present residential address (Election Card / Electricity Bill / Passport / Ration Card).
  • Hospital discharge certificate of the mother or affidavit in case of home birth.
  • In case of single parent, proof of custody along with the divorce deed/death certificate of the partner.

Instruction for Photographs

Your photos or digital images should be

  • In Color.
  • Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
  • Taken infront of off-white / light background.
  • Taken in full face view directing facing the camera.
  • Uploaded in .jpg (JPEG) format
  • Having width / height ratio of 1:1.2
  • Taken with resolution of more than 200 dpi
  • Less than 500kB in size

Admission Policy & Procedure

Application Forms are to be filled strictly online during the available time period on first come first served basis. This will be followed by physical verification of documents at the school office. The time slot for the same will be shared with you later.

Eligibility for Admission

For LKG – 4+ Years as on 1st March 2025.

Document Verification Process

Shortlisted candidates will have to go through a document verification process as per the allotted date/time slot. The presence of both the parents along with the child is mandatory for the document verification process.

The following documents must be carried in original with corresponding photocopy for verification. The documents should match the ones uploaded with your online registration form.

  1. Date of Birth (issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other authorized competent authority). For municipal areas, the Municipal Committee / Municipal Corporation is the competent authority to issue certificates while for other areas, it is issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
  2. Proof of Identity of both the parents (Voter Id Card / Adhaar Card / PAN Card).
  3. Hospital Discharge Certificate/Affidavit in case of birth at home.
  4. Child Immunization Card.
  5. Address proof
  6. Undertaking duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate. (Download Format)
  7. For single parents, necessary legal documents must be carried.
