Special Assembly conducted by class 5th & 6th
“Don’t wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect”
The students of class 5th & 6th got the opportunity to conduct the assembly on the theme Kashmiri Culture. Students of class 6th C, Andleeb and Jamsheed Ali anchored the show and welcome students of DPS Bangalore with great zeal. The assembly began with the school prayer “Lab Pe Ati”. Students presented the thought on the theme in three different languages. It was followed by brief glimpses of Kashmiri Cuisine and Kashmiri dresses. After the wonderful performances by the students, a thought provoking song was sung along with the Kashmiri “ROUF” and finally the students presented the skit on “Soun Wazwan”. The students from DPS Bangalore addressed the assembly and shared their thoughts with the students appreciated the hospitality of DPS Srinagar and said Kashmir is really a Heaven on Earth and today we feel it. The guests were served with Kashmir famous beverage “Kong Kehwa” and Bakirkhani which they enjoyed.
