Trekking Camp for Class XII (Girls) conducted
A trekking Camp from 10th June to 13th June was organized for girl students of class 12th. 40 students of participated in the camp. During the course of the trek, the students trekked to Kot Pathri, and Lidder valley. Sessions were also held with Wild Life SOS about different wild animals found in Jammu and Kashmir and their habitat, as well as with Mr. Prakash, the former Environmental Director. Apart from trekking, students also kept themselves busy with playing games like Cricket, Badminton, Darts and Tug of War etc. Bonfire-evenings also remained the main source of entertainment for students and they enjoyed it to the fullest till they would drop-off to sleep.
Though the weather kept changing its mood, however, the students were very excited and enjoyed the trek. The students were guided all along the trek and were also educated about the environment and its importance for the mankind.
